Device is asking for a PIN

Our SIMs are supplied with PIN request disabled and will therefor not require a PIN to be entered when starting your device.

However, if you have enabled PIN unlock, then you will need to enter a PIN.  BUT, this will lock your device so we strongly recommend that you do not activate PIN lock on the SIM.

If you have not activated PIN lock but your device, typically a phone, is asking for PIN, make sure that your handset is not asking for a network unlock code to unlock it from a particular network.

Network lock is not a SIM matter and you should contact your network or search online on how to unlock your handset.
