Orders are sent out by Royal Mail using your chosen delivery method.
Due to Royal Mails collection regime orders are not collected until the day after your order was shipped. Collections are every day except Sunday.
Items are not trackable so once in the postal system we are unable to provide updates on delivery.
At busy times such as Christmas we do see delays in Royal Mails service, sometimes significant.
Royal Mail do not consider items "lost in the post" until 14 working days have passed for UK domestic items.
Whilst frustrating, we suggest being patient as we very rarely see items not get delivered.
However, if you have not received your order after 14 working days, please contact us and we'll send a new SIM card.
