If you added some credit to your SIM or account but it is not showing, please check the following:
- Did the order complete?
- Does your PayPal account or credit card show a debit?
- If you have more than one SIM, have you checked the correct SIM account for the credit?
If you are sure your credit has not been added, please let us know by raising a support ticket.
Please provide the following information so that we can check why the credit has not been added.
- The date and if possible the approximate time of top up
- The SIM phone number you added credit to
- Any order number showing on your account for the top up
- Any unique transaction ID from PayPal if you have one.
Once we have the above details, we will check and sort out any credit issues as soon as we can.
