I can't log in

If you are having problems logging in, it will always be due to the incorrect details being entered.

Your user name will be your email address or the first part of your email address before the @ symbol and a password.

For example if your email address is [e-mail] and you cannot log in with your full email address, please just try using the "yourname" part of your email address. In this example try using "dave".

If you have forgoten your password, there is a Forgotten password link on the log in page.  Click the link to reset your password and try logging in again.
