PAYG to Pay Monthly

I understand that you would like to continue to use a PAYG/Pre Paid SIM. Earlier this year, we made the decision to stop selling this type of SIM.

Most, if not all major networks have already, or are about to end their Pre paid services.  They may promote some of their offerings as PAYG or Pre paid, but in many cases they require a minimum monthly top up or usage to prevent them being decommissioned. Their PAYG SIMs only use one network.

For the major network operators it is not commercially viable for them to support SIMs  that are hardly used or being paid for.

When we spoke to our customers, the  majority said that they value a reliable service for their devices, alarms, trackers and applications.  They want it to work when they need it to, even if it hasn’t been used for months.  It could be an alarm that goes off  or their car is being stolen and wanting to track it.

They also see the benefit in having  maximum mobile signal coverage which is created by the SIM roaming across other networks.

Our monthly payment SIMs offer great value, coverage and reliability. They will not get switched off if not used and they will use all four major networks in the UK and multiple networks throughout Europe on 2G, 3G and 4G.

Our new pay monthly SIMs are superior to the PAYG SIM that you have been using to date; they only used two UK networks and if they were not used for 12 months were deactivated.  Also, if it ran out of credit, it would not work.
