Is your network charging you to call or text your GeoSIM?
Many of our SIMs have two phone numbers; a Primary and a Secondary.
Heres how it works...
Your SIM can receive calls and SMS on either the Primary or Secondary number at any time.
Some UK networks MAY charge to call or send SMS to the Primary number. If this is the case, you can send or call the Secondary number so that your network does not charge out of your contract minutes or SMS allowance or bundle.
To set your caller ID
You can change the caller ID of your SIM from within your account under My SIMs, Action, Set visible caller ID.
You do not need to set your caller ID to the secondary number to save on call charges to your GeoSIM.
