Automatic top up did not work

If Automatic top up did not work this can be for a number of reasons:

1. Your credit card has expired.
2. Your credit card was declined for payment by your card issuer.
3. You had set the top up trigger level to a value greater than the current balance on the SIM.  An AutoTopUp will only occur as the balance passes through the trigger level.  It will not Automatically top up if your balance is already below the trigger level.

If you are having problems with AutoTopUp, log in to you account and check all settings and payment methods.  If your card issuer declined payment, please check with your card issuer.
