Is there a minimum use or top up requirement?
Our Pay As You Go SIMs must be used to make a chargeable call, SMS or data session at least every 12 month to remain active.
Some of our monthly bundle SIMs do not need to be used every 12 months as the monthly fee and terms of use allow the SIMs to remain active even if not data is sent.

Deactivation will be without notice. If a SIM is deactivated it will loose all remaining credit and the phone number will be recycled.
If you have a special use case that means that a SIM will not be used, please contact us by raising a support ticket with details.
