This advice is only relevant if:
Your Global M2M SIM was not purchased through our globalm2msim.com website.
You may have received your SIM from one of our resellers and they forgot to tell you the SIMs phone number.
If your SIM was supplied by a reseller or distributor and you do not have the ICCID and the phone number, you will not be able to register and activate your SIM.
If your SIM supplier did not provide you with your SIMs phone number, please raise a support ticket and provide us with the ICCID number starting 89 that is printed on the SIM next to the bar code.
Note, if you ordered your SIM through www.globalm2msim.com then you do not need your M2M SIM phone number to activate and register it.
