If you do not see your SIM in your account once logged in, don't panic!
It will be due to one of the following:
- You have not activated and registered your SIM yet. Go to the Activate page and complete the activation process.
- You have created a second account but have not added any SIMs to it. Make sure that you log in to the correct account.
- Sometimes you may not see your SIM in your account immediately after you have activated it. Please try logging out of your account, then logging in again.
