To cancel your subscription please log into your dashboard at dashboard.globalm2msim.com
Locate the SIM you want to cancel the subscription for and click on the three dots on the right handside.
A pop up will appear with the option to "Cancel"
Click this and your subscription will be cancelled.
Please note that if you are within your minimum contract period of three months the cancellation will be scheduled for three months from the date of activating your SIM or date of purchase from our website.
If you are outside of the three month minimum contract period your SIM and subscription will be deactivated immediately.
If there is any overage for use in excess of your SIMs monthly allowance, payment will be collected from your registered payment method, normally within 6 weeks.
